|
|
Anybody succeeded in getting the new adobe svg viewer to work in
mozilla-firefox-bin? I thought these -bin ebuilds were 32 bit, so they should
work with 32-bit plugins, but as soon as I try to get some svg in my browser,
I get a segfault:
/usr/bin/firefox: line 388: 3833 Segmentation fault $mozbin "$@"
Any hints appreciated, as I'm trying to develop some interactive svg app but
both ksvg and mozilla native svg only support a subset which is not very
workable yet... |

I have very similiar problem, when I'm trying to view examples on adobe website (I'm using firefox 2) the *.svgz file wants to "download itself" instead of being played in the browser. In the "about:plugins" page I can see that the plugin is active:
Code: | Adobe SVG Viewer plug-in version 3.01x88
Nazwa pliku: libNPSVG3.so
Enables viewing files in W3C Scalable Vector Graphics format
Typ MIME Description Extension Enabled
image/svg+xml Scalable Vector Graphics svg, svgz Tak
image/svg-xml Scalable Vector Graphics svg Tak
image/vnd.adobe.svg+xml Scalable Vector Graphics svg_adobe Tak |
The console output says nothing. Can anyone help ? |
