Do you mean the avatar? You can set that in your profile.
Do you mean posting a link to a picture? Upload it to imageshack or something then link it.

Also a friendly word of advice (not trying to criticize): Drop teh leet speek even if it is teh roxorz10101OMG!!!! People will take you a lot more seriously. Of course if English isn't your native language or you actually are 12 years old, then ignore the previous comment and accept my apology.
