I've tried using 'zenity' and 'gxdialg' but I get the same result.
The script hangs when it is outputting and nothing comes up in the X window in Gnome.
Thoughts? |

Have you exported DISPLAY=:0.0 in the script? _________________ "Mr Thomas Edison has been up on the two previous nights discovering 'a bug' in his phonograph." --Pall Mall Gazette (1889)

I have tried "--display :0", "--display :0.Xauth", and others but not :0.0. I'll try that.
Should that extra .0 make a difference? |

... how about you just post the entire script you're using. _________________ "Mr Thomas Edison has been up on the two previous nights discovering 'a bug' in his phonograph." --Pall Mall Gazette (1889)
