Hola amigos
tenia beryl y lo desinstale y borre el overlay. luego de un tiempo volvia intentar instalarlo
agregue el overlay xeffects, lo sincronice y me asegure de que los paketes estubieran en el package.keyboards
intento instalar la version en desarrollo del subversion
aqui esta el procedimiento que segui y el error que obtengo:

si alguien me puede ayudar se lo agradesco
por el momento probare los del arbol de portage, pero creo que con estos ebuild tuve problemas en la ejecucion de beryl.

Tienes que borrar el 'checkout' de SVN que tienes bajo /usr/portage/distfiles/svn-src/. Luego vuelve a intentarlo, debería funcionar.

Yo he emergido la 1.4.0 de Subversion, y ya funcionó todo a la 1ª  |

Tienes que borrar todos los directorios relacionados con beryl que tengas dentro de

y volver a emerger....

Hola
borre todos los directorios realcionados con beryl en /usr/portage/distfiles/svn-src
y ahora funciono todo a la perfeccion
por lo cual debo dar por cerrado este hilo
solo me falta enterder a que se debe esto y si es que tendre que hacerlo cada vez que cambie algo en el overlay...

No hace falta usar el layman ya que beryl esta en portage de modo actualizado.
