Ciao a tutti.

Ho dei problemi dopo aver dato un emerge world.

1) problema marginale, ma rimane sempre un problema!
Quando si avvia-riavvia-spegne compare lo splash.
Se premo F2 non passa al verbose... rimane sempre silent.

2) Problema di rete.... non si configura più la rete automaticamente.
Sono riuscito ora a farla andare configurando tutto a mano...
Vi posto ... non so ditemei voi..
inizio con /etc/conf.d/net

Per la rete hai provato a dare:

rc-update add net.eth0 default


di solito non dovrebbe cambiare ciò un emerge world, però nn si sà mai.

Sarebbe utile sapere quali pacchetti hai aggiornato e se dopo aver aggiornato hai dato un etc-update.

Ora la rete si è risolta... da sola!
Invece lo splash no.
E mi da abbastanza fastidio non poter vedere i servizi che carica...

etc-update ha aggiornato un /etc/conf.d/splash..

ma non vedo niente che mi faccia pensare al verbose che non va.....
Qualche idea su questo? (Sperando la rete non parta di nuovo..)

PS:
Il bloc num al boot sono riuscito a metterlo su tutti i terminali, tranne sul 7, cioè su XFCE...

Per avere il bloc num attivo su X puoi usare numlockx

Installato numlockx.

inoltre di colpo F2 si è messo a funzionare sullo splash!
