ciao a tutti ! sto cercando di installare il pacchetto per usare la webcam logitech express , purtroppo mi ritrovo con questo errore .

devi abilitare nel kernel v4l.
in ogni caso io ho una webcam che mi sembra uguale alla tua e va con gli spca5xx. non so se magari ne distribuiscono di simili con chipset differente.

grazie ! ora controllo ...
visto che non sono tanto pratico ho preferito prendere un pacchetto gia pronto . e' specifico per quick cam express. prima provo cosi poi se nonva mi documento .

Ho riscontrato lo stesso problema anche io, è dovuto alla incompatibilità di qc-usb-0.6.4 con i sorgenti del kernel 2.6.17

Ho aperto un bug a proposito.

Soluzione in breve: farsi una copia in overlay dell'ebuild, però modificando la versione alla 0.6.5 (che risolve il problema, vedi http://sourceforge.net/project/shownotes.php?release_id=459721&group_id=12924 )
