Hi,
I am a newbie and tried to install unreal tournament 2004 through cds. The problem is that, after installing cedega, nothing happens when I click on any .exe file. Do I also require wine? |

Hello and welcome.
In order to run Windows executables via cedega you have to call them through cedega, like so Code: | $ cedega ut2004.exe |
It is also possible, and probably better, to start cedega first and then use its gui to set up your Windows software.
You might find this howto helpful: http://gentoo-wiki.com/HOWTO_Install_Cedega
Cheers,

I don't know for cedega, but with wine, I don't start any .exe using a file manager.
I start my programs in a console with
...
Maybe the same for cedega
If you have cedega, you don't need wine, as it is based on it (if I'm right). |

UT2004 has a native Linux client - there's no need to mess with Cedega or Wine.
