Me again...
I wanted to give evolution a try and it emerged smoothly. Now i've setup my imap account, but it refuses to work. Whenever i want to synchronize i get an errorbox with | Quote: | Error while Reconneting to IMAP server imap.gmx.net.
Server unexpectedly disconnected: Unknown error |
With mozilla thunderbird i never had problems and it still works, so this is quite strange imo. I already deleted all the config-files, recreated the account and so on, but it makes no difference... Any ideas?

i think ive found the error.... gmx isnt able to use the tls secure connection, but if one turns it off in evolution one first has to restart evolution to see the difference. If there is anybody with similar problems and its not tls, compile evolution with the debug useflag and run it with
| Code: | | CAMEL_VERBOSE_DEBUG=1 evolution |
that produces a lot of helpfull output
