CDROM illeggibile

Premetto che il cd in questione stamattina funionava egregiamente su una macchina windows e che normalmente i cdrom funzionano perfettamente sulla mia macchina.

L'unica informazione che ottengo dai log proviene da dmesg:
Code:
cdrom: This disc doesn't have any tracks I recognize!


Come posso fare per leggerlo?

quell'errore si verifica anche a me (soprattutto con i cd audio) ma è il mio lettore che è morto

Purtroppo non si tratta di un cd musicale, ma di pagine html che mi servono per lavorare.

Mi sa che dovrò copiare i file da windows su un altro supporto.

Comunque mi piacerebbe sapere di cosa si tratta...
