Hi,
Just looking for some info from anyone who has one of these cards.
It seems a pretty decent card for Linux that should be supported by the wpa_supplicant/madwifi method.
Anyways, looking for reports on it working with other hardware, specifically older motherboards with PCI slots that are only PCI v2.1 compliant.
Reason for this is I'm going to have to swap the Linksys WRT54G card I bought (Ralink chipset) due to it not supporting < PCI v2.2 motherboards (although you don't find this out until after you've bought it, of course).
The motherboard in question is an ABit VA6 (VIA Apollo Pro 133 chipset), so if anyone out there has used the Netgear wlan card on this or similar vintage boards (esp. w/ VIA chipsets), I'd like to hear it.
(This should maybe be in the Hardware Forum, I dunno)
Thanks in advance
