hi all!
i would like to ask you about beryl on amd64 architecture. Can i install beryl on amd64 ?
i tired to install it like in gentoo wiki but when i try to emerge aqamarine gentoo write:
Code: |
# ACCEPT_KEYWORDS="~amd64" emerge aquamarine
Calculating dependencies -
!!! All ebuilds that could satisfy "~x11-wm/beryl-core-9999" have been masked.
!!! One of the following masked packages is required to complete your request:
- x11-wm/beryl-core-9999 (masked by: missing keyword)
For more information, see MASKED PACKAGES section in the emerge man page or
refer to the Gentoo Handbook.
(dependency required by "x11-wm/aquamarine-9999" [ebuild])
|
what's more i have all packages in /etc/portage/package.unmask and /etc/portage/package.keywords
any suggestions?
thank's for all replies. |

x11-wm/beryl-core-9999 is a cvs/svn package, so the package.keywords entry needs to look like Code: | =x11-wm/beryl-core-9999 -* |

That won't be in beryl's settings, it'll be part of khotkeys or something. Look in KDE Control Centre, or Amarok's "configure shortcuts". _________________ What are you, stupid? |
