i put in the the script and it says
[!!] failed to load via-rhine module
and it says failed to bring eth0 up later in the boot process
and it also says vcron wasent started |

Those problems are both related to your via-rhine problem. You should recompile your kernel with module support for via-rhine, and then it works.

You probably need to check out the installation guide on vcron, did you follow all steps? |
