I have a weird problem with resolv.conf file being updated every time I restart the computer!
In the resolve.conf it stands: “Generated by net-scripts for interface lo”
How can I solve this problem?

Are you using dhcp ?

Go read:

Read my post if using DHCP, read Wynn's if static.

You probably set dns_domain_eth0="foo" in /etc/conf.d/net

This is correct behaviour. Maybe you should specify EVERYTHING you want in /etc/resolv.conf in /etc/conf.d/net or NOTHING.
HINT: dns_* variables just put things into /etc/resolv.conf so if you're purely static then just put the damn things in /etc/resolv.conf and don't duplicate it in /etc/conf.d/net
