Hopefully, that'll make my computer now 100% useable...
History:
8774: 0% useable = massive corrupted textures due to turbocache mishandling. no 3d => better use nv driver.
962(5|6): 10% useable = random black screen on X startup (!= black screen SMBUS issue) but turbocache issue fixed. => still stuck to nv driver
9629: 90% useable = DFP resolution switch crashes X server, but random black screen fixed => use games at native res'
9631: 100% useable? goin' to try right now!
all those fixes in just two months. great
EDIT: indeed, the fullscreen resolution switch bug is fixed _________________ Moved to using Arch Linux
