I have a the PCMCIA Linksys WPC54G which says 'ver 1.2' on the back. I've read that the v2 drivers should be used with it, but that's not my problem at the moment. I can't get the card to show up doing 'lspci'. when I plug it in, I get this:
Code: |
pccard: CardBus card inserted into slot 0
I tried modprobing the Broadcom drivers, but still nothing. Can someone help me figure out how to get this stupid card working? This card is really a piece of $hit; it doesn't work well in Windows and I'm not sure if it's the Linksys drivers, Windows, or both. _________________ Let me guess, you picked out yet another colorful box with a crank that I'm expected to turn and turn until OOP! big shock, a jack pops out and you laugh and the kids laugh and the dog laughs and I die a little inside. |
