Hi,
For some unknown reason bittorrent froze on me today. I had to force kill it. On restarting the client all my completed, current and queued downloads disappeared from the display. The files still exist on my drive. On looking inside the ~/.bittorrent/data/ui_state file all it had was
BitTorrent UI state file, version 3
Running torrents
Queued torrents
Known torrents
End
...it is missing all the info about my downloads!....all the meta data in ~/.bittorrent/data/metainfo seemed intact, but the state file had been CORRUPTED. is there any way I can reconstruct it because I had some important project downloads more than half way done.
Any ideas welcome....the support at bittorrent.com is a joke!
