salve a tutti,
sono certo che sarà una cretinata ma sono giorni che non trovo soluzione: ho due schede audio (una integrata su scheda madre e l'altra pci) e, ad ogni reboot del mio sistema desktop, non vengono mantenuti i settaggi impostati con alsaconf (tranquillamente efficacie nell'attivare la scheda audio che seleziono ogni volta).
Leggevo di un parametro da settare in conf.d/alsasound (SAVE_ON_STOP settato a YES), ma mi pare sia tutto a posto, ve lo posto per fugare ogni dubbio:

scusa ma 2 schede audio vanno in conflitto facilmente.
Ti consiglio di disabilitare da bios la scheda audio integrata se ne usi una pci.. |

parzialmente vero: ce l'ho già, ma in boot anzichè in default. Non credo faccia molta differenza, così come non credo di poterne essere certo.........

uhm, ho i miei dubbi... un tempo non succedeva: una volta settata la scheda con alsaconf, veniva tenuta registrata ad ogni reboot... ora è come se ogni volta resettasse le infos ricavate da alsaconf.. cmq proverò, giusto per fugare ogni dubbio...

il servizio alsasound va bene nel runlevel boot, ma ha comunque ragione Elbryan: le schede vanno in conflitto. non tanto a livello di hardware quanto a livello della loro gestione da parte di ALSA.
con due schede audio devi necessariamente configurarti a mano tutto il sistema audio e non usare il servizio alsasound
il metodo più facile è continuare a usare alsaconf dopo aver disabilitato la scheda che non usi
tieni conto che rispetto a "una volta" adesso c'è un sistema di rilevamento e gestione dell'hardware molto diverso ed estremamente più efficace |
