hi zusammen,
ich hab mir gerade einen neues Notebook ersteigert, ein Thinkpad X30 mit Pentium3-M Prozessor.
Ich würde diesen nun gerne auch zur Unterstützung unseres WG-Servers, ein P3- (Katmai) 450mhz, einsetzten.
Mit distcc hab ich schonmal gearbeitet, allerdings weiss ich nun nicht, ob das unter cross-compiling fällt und ich hierfür eine neue Toolchain bauen muss, oder ob das ohne funktioniert?
Wäre dankbar für jede weiter Erklärung...

Ah ok, kommt es also nur auf die Architektur an, alles weitere ist egal?
Dann werd ich mal guter Dinge morgen ( während der Arbeit ist ja nix los ) loslegen. _________________ --

Scheint so .
läuft hier mit je einem P3-M, P4 und Sempron 3100+ .
