checking for GLIB - version >= 2.6.0...
*** 'pkg-config --modversion glib-2.0' returned 2.12.6, but GLIB (2.12.4)
*** was found! If pkg-config was correct, then it is best
*** to remove the old version of GLib. You may also be able to fix the error
*** by modifying your LD_LIBRARY_PATH enviroment variable, or by editing
*** /etc/ld.so.conf. Make sure you have run ldconfig if that is
*** required on your system.
*** If pkg-config was wrong, set the environment variable PKG_CONFIG_PATH
*** to point to the correct configuration files
How to fix that :/

First off: what are you trying to emerge?
Also, does revdep-rebuild find and/or fix anything?

I would downgrade to glib-2.12.4-r1.
Also, are you running a ~x86/~amd64 system? In that case you have to expect such errors. |

I've tried that allready. The same error...
I think there is something wrong with pkgconfig and it's entries of glib
The other side of the problem is the fact, that I can't run gtk+ apps now, because gtk+ needs glib
That's so boring |
