Habt Ihr vielleicht ne Ahnung wie ich aus nem Standbild nen 5 sek .dv film kriege ?
ich habs mit convert versucht und mit ffmpeg, aber irgendwie bin ich zu blöde.

Du kannst mit png2yuv (mjpegtools) aus einer PNG-Datei ein YUV-Video machen und das dann mit ffmpeg kodieren.
EDIT:
So könnte es gehen, mit einem MPEG-Video als Ausgabe:

Das ist ne gute lösung  nur heisst das äquivalent hier jpeg2yuv . Ohne die pipe ergibt das dann ne *.yuv,
die kann kino sogar lesen , danke
