i don't know if i'm supposed to post this here

i'm having an issue with Exim, whenever it tries to start it says the 'logger' service can't be found do ./exim broken to see the broken services.

I have no idea what to do....any ideas?

I have been going through the gentoo wiki and doing everything it says, and i'm lost.

You need to install a syslogger, such as metalog or something else of your choice ..

Exim is basically saying, you do not have a logging system in place .. Go and install one then come back and run me.
