How can I access my Palm treo's SDram?

I am rebooting fewer and fewer into Windows, however there are a few things I don't understand wholly in Linux. One of these things is getting access to my Palm Treo's sdram card. I would like to achieve to things:

1 Install software on my sdram (much like with Palm Desktop in Windows)
2 Make folders and put text/music/image files onto my Palm (maybe even corporate with digikam)

Who can help me with this?
