I have a postfix amavis, clamav, spamassassin, courier-imap setup which I am not happy with.

I want a very simple setup that scan mail for virus and spam using as simple config as possible for all my the five users on my computer. I would like to drop amavis-new if possible in favor of something simpler. I dont use more than 2% of the stuff in the config file.

I would also like to use separate Bayes spam detection for each user with autolearn. Is that possible? I haven't found a good howto.

Thanks all

If you want something that really learns and can be done on a per-user basis then take a look at DSPAM. Expect a bit of pain as you set it up but it's plain sailing after that. I'd use it as a content filter under Postfix. I dropped SA/Pyzor/DCC/Razor in favour of it a few years back.

You can have separate learning and quarantines. There's a web frontend for the training and the (very rarely) release of a false positive.

There are plenty of HOWTOs about and there's good support on here from DSPAM enthusiasts.

I host a server that only a handfull of people use. I use qmail, couriour-imap, squirrelmail, and assp. It works very well and is easy to setup.
