I know this is simple but I can't get it to work.

I have a Linksys router which serves Ip addresses to my wireless devices. I also have a Gentoo PC which serves as DHCP server for a 2nd subnet. On the 2nd subnet I have an OpenBSD PC.

From My XP PC at work I am trying to map to the OpenBSD PC via SSH tunneling.

I have been successfull with using SAMBA to connect to my Windows PC at home via tunneling. My Gentoo PC was serving the IP for that as well.

But what am I missing? It appears that this is an issue with mapping a drive from Gentoo PC to the OpenBSD PC.

Plsease point me in the right direction..
Thnx.

Hi There

When you say mapping a drive what do you use nfs? samba?

Also is the route to your XP machine the same as the route taken to get to your bsd machine? Eg. linksys -> gentoo -> xp, linksys->gentoo->bsd?

Cheers
