Windows bottoms disappear after installing beryl

It's really annoying, I can't see my gmail manager counter and some of the apps in the menu's bottom.
It looks like it hides behind the gnome-panel, but after removing the panel it's still missing...
It happens only to firefox and the gnome-menu, the rest of apps look fine.
