Have some strange problems with compiling transcode.
My system is now running for several month and transcode worked properly. But since e few weeks, transcode won't emerge again. I uninstalled transcode and tried to reinstall the new one. It gaves me the same error every time, but I can't find something in the forums, that is similar to this error.

Sounds like it's not linking against libmpeg2. That's probably a bug in the ebuild. If you don't have mpeg in your USE flags for transcode, please turn it on and retry, otherwise emerge libmpeg2 manually via | Code: | | emerge media-libs/libmpeg2 |
then retry transcode.

Wow cool, emerge libmpeg2 did help. Transcode emerged correctly after it.
But the strange thing is, that libmpeg2 was already installed and revdep-rebuild didn't reemerge it as the old transcode was still installed.
