Hi all
I just wanted to ask, whether one should remove kernel-modules, etc., before unmerging a kernel-sources-version? It's just, because I thought that the kernel-modules are copied into a certain directory in /* and I wondered, whether they should be removed, when not used any longer (just want to keep my newly installed gentoo-system clean).

the kernel modules are stored under
| Code: | | /lib/modules/kernel-version-xxx |
happy cleaning, u can remove them anytime as long as ur not using them =D
