tulip driver problem

Hello to all,

I am new with Gentoo and I guess Linux. I am running gentoo on a dec alpha 433au with version 2.4.20-r2 and I can't get the module for my nic 21142. I config my kernel for it but it does't compile it..

This is the driver's home page. You can build it outside the kernel as a module if you want:

You will also need to build pci-scan.o!

You will need:
ftp://ftp.scyld.com/pub/network/netdrivers-3.4.tgz

I think "make install" will work.
