blender python export plugins not being listed

In windows there are ton of export plugins being shown.

While in gentoo there not showing up in the menu for whatever reason

They are located here
/usr/share/blender/scripts

Whats up with this, anybody got a fix?

Use your default scene, set /usr/share/blender/scripts as your 'Python:' setting in the 'file paths' tab of the preferences, click the little icon just after the textbox, then press Ctrl-u to save it.

If you don't know where the preferences are, just pull down the divider between the main window and the top menubar.
