|
|
I'm running beryl 0.1.4 with the OS radeon-drivers on my Radeon 9800 Pro. Everything was fine until I updated from
Code: | media-libs/mesa-6.5.1-r4 |
to
Code: | media-libs/mesa-6.5.2 |
After that, beryl didn't display some things properly, instead of shadows, there were just black borders around the windows. The content of windows only was shown in some cases, sometimes, it just was a white square... So I tried re-emerging
Code: | x11-base/xorg-server-1.1.1-r4
x11-wm/beryl-core-0.1.4
x11-base/x11-drm-20060608 |
Nothing solved it, so I decided to return to mesa-6.5.1-r4, now everything is displayed fine again... Any ideas, what was wrong?
Thanks in advance,
Greets, Tom |

No, not yet... I think I'll give it a try, but it will have to wait until next week. |

...using the svn ebuilds of beryl also helps
if you update mesa you should rebuild xorg/bery-core/beryl-plugins _________________ Do not meddle in the affairs of wizards, for they are subtle and quick to anger. |
