I have Xgl running, but if I want to use 3d in a program, it is really slow (Because of Xgl).
Therefore I have to run Xorg sometimes and X other times. Is there a method, that allow me to choose which one I would like to execute, at startup?
I use GDM and Gnome..

Take a look at [1]. I think by adding another entry in /usr/share/gdm/defaults.conf you should be able to choose at the login wheter you want X or XGL.

I've now tried that, with no luck. I tried also to make "chooser=true" but that is for remote logins. :S |
