slmodem.log.modem:X - how to disable this?

Running slmodemd, everytime in / a slmodem.log.modem:X is created and growing rapidly using the connection.
My / is not so big - so its running out of space really fast, in ca. 30 minutes it grows about 120MB.

Debug Level is 0 and log level too - but slmodemd still creates this file and writes what ever to it.

Does anybody know how to disable this?
