Could someone please explain how to create archives using app-arch/rar I have been staring at the list of commands with no success.. _________________ Ware wa mutekinari.
Wa ga kage waza ni kanau mono nashi.
Wa ga ichigeki wa mutekinari.

I'm not sure if "xcreate" is a typo, or you mean something other than create a new file. In case of the latter, I like to move to the working directory and:
Code: | rar a ./archivename |
creates and adds all files in current directory.
You can get fancy with switches to recurse subdirectories and any number of other things. |
