Hi,
I'm having trouble with permissions doing mount.
I'm not using direct NFS. I'm using something between called GFVS.
The problem is that when i try to mount i get a permission denied.
I need to know where this permission denied comes but the log is very vague!
How can i know more about permission denied errors and it's causes?
Thx,
Best regards,

most likely one of these two:
* file system permissions on the server system
* user permissions in a configuration file
i do not know this GFVS, but in NFS you have to have some kind of synchronized user databases on both client and server systems via NIS or so, do you have that? |
