My browser keeps neglecting the first keystroke after being in focus. This usually happens after firefox has been running for a while. If I restart firefox, it will be ok, but after a while, the problem comes back again. I have tried different version of almost everything (kernel-2.6.18 and 2.6.17, xfce4.2 and 4.4, firefox 1.5 and 2.0), but the problem persists. Does anyone have an idea what's going on? THank you. |

It happens to any keystrokes. like filling a form entry, or using a hotkey. Other than the first keystroke being ignored, everything else is normal (i.e., starting from the second keystroke).
