Hi,
Is there a utility for Linux which locks the screen in a transparent manner. So when you lock your screen, your desktop is still visible (with all the activity, not just a screenshot). However when you access keyboard or mouse, a dialog box comes up asking for password.
I searched google. There is a utility for windows based systems. However could not find anything for Linux.
cheers,

xtrlock, it's in portage.
Once you start it (via a keybinding being the easiest way), the cursor is replaced with a small blue padlock. _________________ "You have to invite me in" |
