Hi to all!

Surfing on the web, i found this:
http://maptools.org/fgs/

This is a:
Quote:
The FGS Linux Installer is a self-extracting file that will install MapServer with PHP/MapScript and all of their dependencies on your Linux system. It provides a stand-alone environment with all the required software (incl. Apache and PHP) to run PHP/MapScript webmapping applications.

Do you think that is possible to create a package like this using Gentoo?

Thanks

That's not really a package but kind of a mini distribution. You could of course use Gentoo to create such a thing, just the same as you could use any other Linux distro. Just requires a lot of manual work.
