|
|
Hi,
i bought a ibm thinkpad t40 laptop and installed gentoo on it. My kernel 2.6.19-r5 displays the following warning:
acpi_processor-0740 [00] processor_preregister_: Error while parsing _PSD domain information. Assuming no coordination
I just wanted to ask wether somebody knows what this means and wether its critical?
Thanx,
Christian |

I get this (or at least a very similar) error in my dmesg on my thinkpad x24, using acpi as well.
I was wondering what it meant too. _________________ “Isn’t it enough to see that a garden is beautiful without having to believe that there are fairies at the bottom of it too?”
