|
|
I have an ssh connection from my work machine to my home Gentoo box. Next I want to get X forwarding working. I have tried putty and found that it has a bug performing X forwarding through a HTTP proxy (although it works fine for a terminal).
I have also tried open-ssh under cygwin. I followed the instruction at
http://www.mandrakesecure.net/en/docs/openssh-socks.php
for configuring Goto-sans connect.c. All worked well and ssh got through the proxy however X forwarding is not working. I am not sure if this relates to the problem but I get the error message
getsockopt TCP_NODELAY: Socket operation on non-socket
when I connect.
Can any suggest a fix for the ssh under cygwin or an alternative solution.
Thanks in advance. |
