Da quando ho aggiornato il kernel dal 2.6.18 al 2.6.19 mi compare il seguente messaggio all'avvio :

pci 0000:02:04.0: Error creating sysfs bridge symlink, continuing...
pci 0000:00:14.4: Error creating sysfs bridge symlink, continuing...

Dopodichè tutto si avvia normalmente.
