Isn't it too significant for a report action? I mean, "quote" button is commonly used, but very little fraction of the posts are reported. I think it was better as a little written text. Although it doesn't seem to take additional space, so no big deal

The "Report this post" link in the bottom right of a post was often confused with a reply action (leaving the Report thread with replies to other threads). Hopefully the warning sign on the button now prevents that.
