Problem with changing burn speed [k3b]

I have problem with burning discs caused by changing speed on drive..
take a look at this output
when speed changes it goes to 2.5x and then go to upper speed in simulation but with normal burn it ends with error.[/url]

found some clue.. if i start burning with speed 8 (the first in prev simulation x24 which it starts burn and rising) im able to burn disc but if i want to burn disc with 24x it starts from 8 and thats why i got problems.

why things like that happen?? and how to repair that??
