after amarok and xine update it stoped playing online wma streams.
version are 1.1.3 1.4.5-r1
how can I make them play it?
vlc plays them well.

I got the same issue. I only have a couple of .wma's, and a large collection, so I have no idea when this occur the first time, but I discovered it medio january, I think.
I run amarok ~x86 (1.4.5-r1), but the system is mostly stable, and also xine-libs.
It used to play .wma's very well ...

| You may have the same problem that i got when I updated to Amarok 1.4.5. Xine disappeared from the list of the amarok engines and I had only helix engine left. Helix cannot play wmv, but it plays mp3s. Check whether your amarok sees the xine-lib installed on your system (Settings>Engine). | I can see the engine, like I've said, kaffeine plays wmas, amarok doesnt. |

bump, found the problem, insted of mms:// I had http://, changed it and it works.
