Hi,
i'm trying to run Gentoo in the VirtualPC form MS, but everytime i boot it, it somehow hangs.
Strange is, that it doesn't allways stop at the same point, but different ones, so i don't even know what could be wrong...
It just simply stops booting.
Of course, minimal installation CD works fine, cause thats the way i installed the system.
I used genkernel for kernel configuration and i was following the x86 hanbooks installation guide.
Can anyone help me? |

Well, it seems i figured it out.
I had a Hardware Virtualiszation enabled in VPC settings, which, as it seems, caused a problem.....works fine now. |
