So a funny thing happened...

Hey peeps, don't ask me how, but I somehow managed to install Gentoo to use the dvorak key layout instead of qwerty. How do I go about changing it? I COULD just re-install, seeing as I just set this computer up yesterday, but I'd like to know where the key layout is set. Thanks!

Follow dcoats suggestion, specifically the Keyboard layout for the console section.
