hi,
i bought a new PC with 2 gb of ram, but my linux just uses one of these two gb.
i didn't find out why, yet.
can u help ?

mutehim,
Check your himem setting in the kernel. Thats only an issue for 32 bit installs.
The default is to use at most 1Gb of RAM. _________________ Regards,

I have 2 GB of memory on my machine, but in...
Code: | /proc/meminfo it is only reporting 905436 kB |
...and in...
Code: | phpsysinfo it is only reporting 884.21 MB |
both of which are the same amount. How do I get it to report and use the full 2 GB?
