I have a LexmarK E220 printer that I haven't used in a while that I tried to get working again last night. I set up cups and all that but when I goto print a test page the page sits in the queue. After a few seconds I see this on the command line

$ lpstat -p usbprinter -l
printer usbprinter is idle. enabled since Wed Mar 7 03:04:05 2007
Printer not connected; will retry in 30 seconds...

Strangely if I press the 'continue' button on the printer it keeps printing the test page. I'm guessing this test page is stuck in its internal cache and keeps trying to print it. I'm not sure how to diagnose the problem further. Any ideas?
