Program to monitor IPs I'm connected to?

Is there a program where I can view all the IPs I am connecting to? Such as, if I'm in a game or a chatroom (not IRC) I can view the IPs of the people in the same game or chatroom as I am?

I might not understand this totally...if I'm chatting with someone on MSN, but not directly connected, can I still see his IP? And if I'm in a chatroom, don't I recieve packets from the messages that I read from other people? Or do the packets go to the chat server and I get the IP from the server and not the person?

Use netstat (sys-apps/net-tools) or iptstate (net-analyzer/iptstate) to view connections between your computer and others. If you are not directly connected to the other person, you cannot retrieve their IP address from your system's network stack.

Some protocols, most notoriously IRC, have the server tell you the IP address of other users. When this occurs, it is delivered as application data, so netstat cannot report it since there is no actual connection.
