Can't connect to UPS [pm600] (powermust-ttyS0): Permission denied
Synchronizing........ giving up |
Hi,
I have an UPS Mustek PowerMust 600, who had work 100% for months, but in the last 2 weeks ( after udev/kernel updates ) stopped to work and is driving me nuts
Quote: | root@tok linux $ ls /dev/ttyS0 -l
crwxrwxrwx 1 root uucp 4, 64 Mar 11 12:40 /dev/ttyS0 |
In uspd.conf or ups.conf no password is supplied, so i think "udev problem, classic permissions", but after "chmod 777 /dev/ttySO" i get the same error ...
And ideias ?
Code: |
sys-power/nut-2.0.4-r1
sys-fs/udev-104-r12
sys-kernel/gentoo-sources-2.6.19-r5 |

FIXED
1 - reemerge nut-2.0.4-r1
2 - kill upsdrv, upsd
3 - /etc/nut clean
/etc/init.d/upsd start
