problem: emerged fbida but no fbi

hey guys,

i've just emerged wif "USE="-*" emerge fbida" to try to get fbi installed. after the installation and there's no fbi command. why is it so? do you have the same problem?

i've tried to trace the output of emerge and none of the compiled files contain that executive file I need. why is it so? is it because of the USE="-X"? if so can i reverse it?
